1 Who we are
Forge Discipline (“we,” “us,” “our”) — operator of the Forge mobile application (“Forge,” “the App”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use Forge: Discipline Daily on iOS or Android. Effective May 19, 2026. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2 Information we collect
Depending on features you enable and whether you sign in, we may process the following categories of information:
- Account & identity — email address, display name, profile photo (if you add one), authentication identifiers from Sign in with Apple or Google, and internal user ID.
- Profile & preferences — onboarding answers (e.g. fitness level, schedule), unit preferences (miles/km), notification settings, and app configuration.
- Wellness & activity content — habits, goals, program progress, daily check-ins, streaks, water intake, discipline calendar data, and similar data you enter or generate in the App.
- Fitness & health-related data — step counts, distance, active calories, and workout summaries from Apple Health (iOS), Health Connect (Android), device motion sensors, and/or workouts you log manually (including gym sessions, GPS run routes, duration, and estimated calories).
- Nutrition data you enter — body stats (e.g. age, height, weight, activity level, goal), calculated calorie and macro targets, and meals you log (name, calories, and optional macros). Nutrition tools provide estimates only; they are not medical or dietary advice.
- AI meal scan (Forge Pro) — if you use meal photo scanning, we send a compressed image of your food to our AI provider to estimate meal name and macros. Results are estimates only; you should review and edit before saving.
- Custom workout programs (Forge Pro) — goals, equipment, schedule preferences, and AI-generated training plans you save or edit in the App. Plans are for general fitness only and are not personalized medical or physical therapy advice.
- Location data — when you log outdoor cardio or GPS-tracked runs, we may collect coarse or precise location points to display routes and workout context. Location is used for that feature, not for advertising.
- Finance data you enter — account names, balances, budgets, transactions, transfers between accounts you define, savings goals, and reminders you create. We do not connect to your bank; we do not receive login credentials for financial institutions; transfers in the App do not move real money.
- AI check-in content — messages you send in Forge AI and AI-generated replies, plus program context (e.g. day number, tasks completed) sent to generate coaching responses.
- AI usage limits — Forge Pro features (chat, meal scans, program builds) are subject to daily or monthly caps to prevent abuse and control cost.
- Subscription & purchase data — whether you have an active Forge Pro entitlement, product identifiers, purchase dates, and renewal status. Payment card numbers are processed only by Apple or Google; we do not receive or store full card details.
- Device & technical data — device type, operating system version, app version, language, crash/diagnostic logs if enabled, push notification tokens, and similar data needed to run and secure the Service.
- Communications — messages you send to our contact email.
3 How we collect information
We collect information when you:
- Create an account, sign in, or continue in guest/local mode.
- Enter or sync habits, goals, programs, finance entries, workouts, meals, or check-ins.
- Grant permissions (notifications, motion/activity, health platforms, or location).
- Subscribe to Forge Pro through the App Store or Google Play.
- Contact us or interact with in-app legal/support flows.
4 How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and personalize the App (sync across devices when signed in, show progress, send reminders you request).
- Process Forge Pro subscriptions and verify entitlements.
- Generate AI coaching responses and improve prompt safety and quality.
- Display fitness metrics, calendars, charts, and program logic.
- Send push notifications and local alarms you enable.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents; enforce our Terms.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and safety.
- Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage to fix bugs and improve features (we do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).
5 Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data based on: (a) performance of our contract with you (providing the App); (b) your consent (e.g. optional health sync, marketing notifications where applicable); (c) legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention) balanced against your rights; and (d) legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal.
6 Where data is stored & processed
Your data is primarily stored on cloud infrastructure operated by our service providers. Main processing locations include the United States. When you sign in, account and app content are hosted using Supabase (database, authentication, and server functions). If you use the App outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to the U.S. or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your home country. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers where required (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers).
7 Third-party service providers
We share information with trusted processors who help us operate the App under written obligations to protect data and use it only for our instructions. Key categories include:
- Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) — cloud hosting, authentication, database storage, and secure server functions (e.g. AI chat proxy, account deletion). Data: account info, app content, logs. Location: primarily United States.
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) — subscription management and entitlement verification linked to your app user ID and store receipts. Data: purchase status, product IDs, device/store identifiers. We do not send your habit, health, or finance content to RevenueCat.
- Apple Inc. — App Store billing, Sign in with Apple, Apple Health (if you connect), push delivery on iOS. Governed by Apple’s policies.
- Google LLC — Google Play billing, Google Sign-In, Health Connect (if you connect), push on Android. Governed by Google’s policies.
- AI providers (via OpenRouter and underlying model hosts) — check-in messages and limited coaching context to generate replies. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, or information you consider highly sensitive.
- Infrastructure & tooling — email or analytics providers we may use for crash reporting, customer support, or operational email (limited to what is necessary).
8 Forge Pro & subscription-related data
Forge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple App Store or Google Play (not directly by us). When you subscribe:
- Apple or Google processes payment and provides us/RevenueCat with entitlement status (active, expired, trial, product ID).
- We use that status to unlock Pro features (e.g. Forge AI, AI meal scan, custom program builder, advanced finance, programs, calendars).
- Cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes are handled under the store’s terms — see our Terms of Service.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your device subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
9 Finance account transfers
When you log a transfer between two accounts you created in the App, we update the balances you entered for the source and destination accounts. Transfers are stored with your other finance data (locally and, if signed in, in your cloud account). Transfers do not execute real payments, link to banks, or affect accounts outside the App. They are excluded from monthly income/expense totals but appear in account activity history.
10 Health, location & sensitive data
Health and fitness data is among the most sensitive data in the App. We access Apple Health or Health Connect only after you grant permission in the App or system settings. You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Health → Forge, or Android Health Connect permissions. GPS/location for runs is optional and used to record routes you choose to log. We do not use health or location data for third-party advertising or sale.
11 Tracking & advertising
We do not sell your personal information and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising. We do not use the iOS App Tracking Transparency framework for cross-app ad tracking. We do not use health, finance, nutrition, or check-in content for third-party advertising. If we use crash reporting or operational analytics, it is limited to app stability and feature improvement and is not used to profile you for ads.
12 AI & check-ins
Forge AI sends your check-in text and limited program context to third-party AI infrastructure to produce responses. AI output may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for medical, mental health, legal, or financial decisions. Do not input data you are not comfortable being processed by AI vendors. We may retain chat history while your account is active to provide continuity; you can delete your account to remove server-side data subject to retention limits below.
13 Guest & local mode
If you use the App without signing in, most data stays on your device (local storage). It is not backed up to our servers unless you later create an account and sync. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data may permanently delete local information. Device backups (iCloud/Google) may copy local data under your device settings.
14 Retention
We keep personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Typical periods:
- Account & app content — until you delete your account or we delete it after prolonged inactivity (we may notify you first where feasible).
- Subscription records — as required for tax, fraud prevention, and store reconciliation (often several years).
- Security & audit logs — limited retention (e.g. months) unless needed for investigations.
- Backups — deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before overwrite.
15 Deletion
You may delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. This triggers deletion of associated server-side profile and content we control, subject to legal retention. Deleting the App without deleting your account does not remove cloud data if you were signed in. Subscription cancellation must be done separately in App Store or Google Play settings; deleting the account does not automatically cancel billing.
16 Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and provider security programs. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your device and sign-in methods.
17 Breach notification
If we become aware of a personal data breach that poses a significant risk to your rights, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law.
18 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA/UK). To exercise rights, contact us at the email below. We may verify your identity before responding. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
19 U.S. state notices
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights (e.g. know, delete, correct, opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising). We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may submit requests to the contact email below.
20 Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
21 Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version in the App with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.

1 Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Forge Discipline (“we,” “us,” “our”) — operator of the Forge mobile application governing your access to and use of Forge: Discipline Daily, our websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Effective May 19, 2026.
By downloading, installing, creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, whichever is higher) and able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
3 Not medical, mental health, or professional advice
The Service provides habit tracking, discipline programs, optional fitness metrics, user-entered finance tools, and AI-generated motivational content. IT IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT, PSYCHOTHERAPY, NUTRITION COUNSELING, PERSONAL TRAINING, FINANCIAL ADVICE, TAX ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR EMERGENCY SERVICES. Always consult qualified professionals before changing exercise, diet, medication, or major financial decisions. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline — do not use Forge AI for emergencies.
4 Nutrition & calorie tools
The App may calculate estimated daily calories and macronutrients from body stats and activity levels you provide, and let you log meals manually. These features are for personal tracking and education only. They are not medical nutrition therapy, meal planning from a licensed dietitian, or calorie prescriptions. You are responsible for verifying food labels and consulting qualified professionals before changing diet, especially if you have health conditions, are pregnant, or take medication affected by diet.
5 Assumption of risk
Physical programs (including high-intensity or multi-day challenges) involve inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your activities and represent that you are physically able to participate or have obtained physician clearance. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or distress.
6 Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and sign-in credentials. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or abusive.
7 Forge Pro subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription (“Forge Pro”). Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play as auto-renewing subscriptions unless stated otherwise at purchase. By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable store terms (Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms).
- Plans may include weekly, monthly, and annual options with prices shown in the App before purchase (e.g. weekly, monthly, or annual pricing in your local currency). Prices may vary by region and store.
- Pricing is shown on the paywall before you confirm (weekly, monthly, or annual in your local currency). Introductory offers, if any, are displayed by the App Store at purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your device subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
- Cancel anytime: On iOS, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Forge. On Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your Forge account does not cancel store billing.
- Restore purchases: Use “Restore” on the paywall if you reinstall or change devices, subject to store rules.
- Refunds: All charges and refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue store refunds directly. Contact the store for billing disputes.
- Price changes: We may change subscription prices for new subscribers. For existing subscribers, price changes follow store rules (typically with notice and option to cancel).
- Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which the store may collect where required.
- Entitlement: Pro access is tied to your store account. Features unlocked may change over time; we will not remove core paid functionality during an active paid period without a reasonable substitute or prorated remedy where required by law.
8 Subscription management (RevenueCat)
We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status with Apple/Google. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts and entitlement data — not your habit logs, health metrics, or finance entries. RevenueCat’s privacy practices are described in their privacy policy at revenuecat.com.
9 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others.
- Upload malware, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems.
- Use AI features to generate illegal content, spam, or content that violates others’ rights.
- Circumvent paywalls, subscription checks, or technical limits.
- Use the Service if you are barred under applicable law.
10 Finance tools
Budget, transaction logging, savings goals, and account-to-account transfers are for personal record-keeping only. You are solely responsible for accuracy of amounts and categories. The App does not verify balances against financial institutions, provide credit decisions, investment advice, or tax filings. Transfers recorded in the App do not move funds in the real world.
11 Health, location & device permissions
Some features require system permissions. Denying permission limits functionality but does not block free/core use where applicable. Health data sync is optional. Location is used for workout routes you choose to record. You may revoke permissions in device settings at any time.
12 Apple App Store (iOS)
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you.
13 Google Play (Android)
If you obtained the App through Google Play, you also agree to Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play refund policies for purchases made through Google. Billing disputes for Forge Pro should be directed to Google Play as applicable.
14 Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, logos, program content we provide, and documentation, is owned by us or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while these Terms apply.
15 Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (logs, goals, messages, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service as you direct through its features (including AI processing and sync). You represent you have rights to submit your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
16 AI disclaimer
AI-generated coaching, meal scan estimates, and custom workout plans may be wrong, biased, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions you take based on AI output. Meal scans and program builder include usage limits. We do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or fitness results from using the Service or AI features.
17 Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (including Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
18 Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.
19 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR FORGE PRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
20 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
21 Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising from disputes with other users or third parties, or from activities you undertake using information from the Service (including AI or program content).
22 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, risk to the Service or others, non-payment (via store), or as required by law. You may stop using the Service anytime and delete your account in Settings. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
23 Dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires a different forum (e.g. EU consumer venue rules). BEFORE FILING A CLAIM, YOU AGREE TO CONTACT US AT theforgedisiplinedaily@gmail.com AND ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE INFORMALLY FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS.
24 Class action waiver
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator or court may not consolidate claims without consent.
25 Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and store terms applicable to your purchase constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
26 Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated version in the App with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
